We don’t want to bother you with a weight scale or charging folks per lb. So we keep it simple and easy. Our rates are all flat rates. We have 3 bags to choose from Wash,Dry and Fold(Large and Small) and Wash,Dry and Hang. Any specialty pieces require you to contact the Suds team
Setting up laundry service is easy! Create your account on our website and place your first order!
Our standard turnaround is 24 hours and is included in our service (no extra fee). If you need it back sooner you can request same delivery. There is an additional mark up of 30% of your invoice for a faster turnaround.
To make sure we stand by our promises and only deliver perfection. Our cleaning services are subject to wash and fold only. We have intentions very soon to expand to full-scale laundry services!
If your bag is overstuffed or unable to close, a overage charge may apply. To avoid overage charges, be sure your filled bag is able to close completely and no loose items are left outside of the bag. If you find that the bag you chose does not fit your laundry load please place the extra items in a separate disposable bag and next order you can request a bigger bag or additional one!
Separate the item from the rest of your clothes by placing it in a bag, within the bag. Include a note that says "Hand Wash" with the item.
Payments are processed via our secure processor prior to delivery.
If you miss your pick-up or drop off timeframe, a missed pick-up or missed drop off fee may be assessed. Avoid these additional fees by notifying and rescheduling your pick-up/ drop off at least 3 hours before your scheduled time. Please note: if you’ve pre-paid for service, you will not be refunded for missed pick-ups.
We ask that you ensure all items have been removed from your pockets prior to pick-up. In the event that we do find items in your pockets, we’ll return them inside a sealed bag along with your laundry.

Suds on the Hudson uses a convenient, cashless payment system. Your payment information is stored on our secure server. Prior to your laundry being dropped off, your credit card is charged for the amount of bags given at pickup and additional services requested (ironing * dry cleaning courier * rush * etc.). We accept all major credit and debit cards.
We sure do! We ONLY align ourselves with the best in the industry and use animal /cruelty free products. “Green” is the way! All of our products are hypoallergenic.
Absolutely not! Each bag is processed by itself. We will never clean your clothes with another customer’s clothing.
Although not required, you can complete an inventory sheet prior to pick-up that details all items found within your bag. You will keep the original sheet and we will keep a copy. Please notify a Suds team member of any missing items listed on the inventory sheet within 48 hours of drop off. If your item is not located after further investigation, we will reimburse you an amount equal to your proof of purchase amount, limited to a maximum of $100.00USD and a maximum total of $200.00USD per customer.
Recurring clients are provided with our custom Suds on the Hudson bag(s) at NO CHARGE. If you do happen to lose or misplace you bag(s) A new one may be provided for $3 per bag. This charge will appear on your service invoice or at any time you request a new/replacement bag Note: This fee only applies to accounts with as-needed or recurring frequency and does NOT apply to one-time service clients. If you need service only one or two times you will place your items in 13 gallon sized trash bags.
